Learning and Teaching Development
This educator development package is designed specifically for schools that want to strengthen classroom practice and drive measurable improvement in pupil outcomes. Led by Angela, an experienced senior leader and former Advanced Skills Teacher, the programme provides expert support through teaching and learning reviews, instructional coaching, and bespoke CPD for individuals or teams. Teachers will reflect deeply on their current practice, apply evidence-informed principles of responsive teaching, and refine strategies that enhance engagement, progress, and attainment.
Focus areas can include optimising lesson structure, supporting memory and cognition, and strengthening scaffolding and modelling to ensure every learner thrives.
