We have spent over a decade bringing our passion for coaching and leadership development to different industries, since Jonathan founded Go-Forward in 2014 which derived from an ‘aha’ moment for Jonathan whilst undertaking his own leadership journey being introduced to Gallup ‘StrengthsFinders’ in 2011. This initiated clarity around his purpose and started the journey of wanting to discover the ‘gold’ in others. It’s about you, not us. We a driven to see others ‘go-forward’.
Our services have evolved with our approach, but our focus on providing enhanced, bespoke coaching solutions to teams and individuals has never waned – helping individuals and teams ‘go-forward’ is our passion.
Jonathan was joined by Angelique in 2021, later Angela in 2023 and Heather in 2024, bringing a unique skillset to the Go-Forward offering, which led to us becoming Associates in 2023.
Our client portfolio includes a range of brands from within the corporate, education and charity sectors, where we aspire to equip leaders to lead well, developing their own effectiveness sustainably and with clarity. We also work with individuals to establish a professional headspace where they can prioritise future planning and strategic thinking, while ensuring a balanced home and work life as they find rhythms in working relationships and lifestyle.
With workforce recruitment challenges and disruption, a greater number of clients across all sectors are looking to develop internal capacity, with a greater focus on the character of the individual over their capability.
