She holds a degree in Organisational Psychology and is registered with both the Health Professions Council of South Africa and the British Psychological Society. A qualified ILM Level 5 Coach and Mentor, and BABCP‑accredited CBT therapist, Angelique integrates psychological insight with evidence‑based coaching and therapeutic practice to help individuals and teams thrive.
Drawing on her own experience of relocating from South Africa to England, Angelique brings empathy and authenticity to her work as a Relocation and Wellbeing Coach and Mental Health and Wellbeing Support Worker. She specialises in helping people navigate transition, build resilience, and achieve greater self‑understanding and fulfilment. Angelique’s approach is person‑centred and strength‑focused. She is skilled at building strong relationships and creating a calm, safe space for growth. Angela is an experienced management and senior leadership professional, as well as being a trainer, mentor, and coach.
As a Visiting Fellow at University College London and Ambition Institute, and an Associate with Best Practice Network, Angela works on their NPQ Senior Leadership, Leading Teaching and Early Career programmes and brings a wealth of evidence-based insights to her practice. Achieving Advanced Skills Teacher status, Angela worked with a wide range of schools in England, providing expertise and support for school improvement. She is accustomed to the high-pressure, fast paced environment of frontline education and has navigated the complexities of change at individual, team, and organisational levels.

Heather

She has successfully led academic departments, mentored Early Career Teachers, and contributed to senior leadership teams, building expertise in educational leadership and team development.
Specialising in Design and Food Technology, Heather is a trusted creator of high-quality resources on TES, especially for Vocational Level 2 Construction, and has experience moderating GCSE coursework. Her dynamic CPD sessions and passionate training style inspire and energise colleagues, driving improvements in teaching and learning.
With a degree in Military History, Heather combines strategic insight and clear communication to thrive in fast-paced, challenging environments.
Outside of education, she is a competitive triathlete, earning a bronze medal at the 2021 World Multisport Championships and completing the Tallinn Ironman in 2024.
Guided by her strengths in Communication, Achiever, Activator, Significance, and Focus, Heather is completing a Level 5 coaching and mentoring qualification. She is dedicated to supporting young female leaders and helping colleagues build confidence, clarity, and purpose in their careers.
