The off-loading of the issues that I feel I am facing has definitely helped, as has the understanding of why, given my character traits/strengths, those issues affect me in the way that they do. The suggestions and guidance that I have received with how to deal/approach these have been helpful.
I am fortunate that my coach has experience in the areas I am developing and he has offered me valuable insights from his experience. Jonathan provides me with an alternative perspective, but also someone who listens to my ideas and acts as a critical friend.
