2014.. Go-Forward is founded, Jonathan begins providing bespoke coaching and leadership development solutions for schools and a local live event production company.

The Go-Forward corporate portfolio continues to expand with two other event based companies, along with a growing focus with executive coaching – supporting leaders developing their effectiveness.

A number of MAT’s (Multi Academy trusts) utilise coaching and Go-Forward’s corporate portfolio broadens to include finance and marketing industries.

On-going leadership resourcing and leadership training begins to equip leaders in schools and SME’s, with a focus using strategic workshops and onsite development of coaching.

Through the COVID19 pandemic, Go-Forward continues to provide enhanced wellbeing coaching and support solutions helping organisations maintain their culture and sense of community.

Post pandemic, further SME’s and other individual schools appoint Go-Forward to provide team wellbeing, recruitment and staff development.

2021 sees Angelique bring a range of diverse skills, particularly with wellbeing, relocation and development coaching. 2023 see Angela broaden the educational solutions with extensive knowledge of education and leadership pedagogy.
